Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

As some of you members may have noticed that there was a EFAP charge on your pay stubs in the other column. The executive has looked into this and the employer has given us this communication to share with you all. An official document from the employer will come out in a day or two.

“The EFAP(Employee Family Assistance Plan) benefit charge is 100% Employer Paid benefit giving employees another option for counsel. Human Resources will be releasing the details within the next week to all members. But you can assure the members that this is no extra cost to them.”
